I think that love is what we learn the best here in the mission. Without love it is impossible to do our job. You have to love your companion, your investigators, the people on the streets, the Lord, and everyone. And it needs to be a real love, because feigned love just doesn't cut it when it is the only thing that helps you understand your purpose.
We are teaching a family and we are not the first ones to teach them about the gospel. They have listened before but we are going to try and use Family Home Evening with them to teach. They like talking and we are hoping that they feel the spirit and come to church at least once. They were a reference from a kid that was playing outside that told us that this family was listening to the missionaries before. Haha.
We aren't going to have the baptism of Adán this week ;( He drinks coffee, and we are working on this with him. I'll let you know when we have another date for him.
Christmas is not as fun here. I don't know if it is because I am away from the family or what, but I like Christmas more back home. Haha. Where I am serving, it is more things that do with American culture than anything else. We have a weird mix of the two that results in being very little of them both. The thing they do most here is make tamales and menudo and pozole.
