This week was really good. We finally met our goal of 22 lessons, and we actually went over! That is CRAZY! And we picked up`7 new investigators. That is a MIRACLE. We are truly working hard here and finally are seeing the results. Yesterday was a bit of a challenge. We visited with one of our investigators yesterday and it was kind of heartbreaking. She came out (her husband was sleeping because he recently had a wisdom tooth pulled and that didn't go so well). But anyway. She came out and told us that she had bad news. A sister in law asked her and her husband to help with the baptism of her son. And they said  yes.  But the problem with this is that they would be studying and going to the catholic church. She knows that she can't prepare for that and listen to us at the same time. So we talked with her about what God thinks about baptizing children and she said that she was going to read and pray about it. She has had many experiences praying and knows that God will answer her prayers. I almost started crying in this lesson. We are going to pass with her another day and see how her prayer went.

They don't celebrate Halloween on the scale that we celebrate over there in the United States. It is more Dia de los Muertos. Actually, funny story. I have been hearing for a few weeks that people make coronas for Day of the Dead. I thought they meant crowns, which didn't really make much sense. But it is actually a wreath that they make for their family members who have died. .
Speaking of mottos, I found one that I wrote in my journal. It says ¨every day is a good day, some just have more adventures than others.¨
